Ingredients
- 250 g firm tofu
- 1 broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- (Optional) 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- 1Drain and press the tofu, cut into cubes.
- 2Brown it in neutral oil in a wok on all sides; set aside.
- 3Stir-fry the chopped garlic and ginger, then the chopped vegetables, over high heat 5–6 minutes (keep them crunchy).
- 4Return the tofu, add the soy sauce, sesame oil and maple syrup.
- 5Toss 2 minutes to coat.

- 7Serve at once with rice or noodles.
