Greek Salad (Horiatiki)

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta
- 100 g Kalamata olives
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into half-moons.
- 2Thinly slice the red onion.
- 3Arrange the vegetables in a bowl with the olives.
- 4Place the feta block whole (or crumbled) on top.
- 5Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, season.
- 6Serve at once, without tossing, in the traditional way.
