Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 pinch vanilla
Method
- 1Heat the milk with the sugar and vanilla.
- 2Add the dark chocolate broken into pieces and whisk.
- 3Dissolve the cornflour in a little cold milk.
- 4Stir in to thicken slightly.
- 5Whisk until smooth and coating.
- 6Serve hot, with whipped cream if you like.
